As our new Supply Chain Analyst your focus will be on conducting relevant market analysis, price benchmarking and developing procurement strategies for critical packages together with Supply Chain Managers and tender teams for critical tenders. The Supply Chain Analyst will be part of the Wellstream Processing supply chain team and will report to the Director of Global Supply Chain. In addition to tender work this role will encompass improvement of the reporting systems for supply chain KPIs and global reporting on monthly / quarterly basis.

Tenders For Major Projects

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct relevant market analytics for supply chain as well as price benchmarking as needed
• Prepare and together with supply chain managers and tender teams assess different options for procurement strategies for critical packages
• Enable the total cost analysis for large tenders
• Prepare relevant analytics and participate in the tender approval meetings in accordance with Wellstream procedures
  

KPI And Reporting

• Assess the current KPI reporting system and identify improvement opportunities
• Develop a new improvement and automated KPI reporting system
• Issue the reports on monthly / quarterly basis
• Ad-hoc analytics for spend per category or supplier
  

Education & Experience Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in supply chain management, engineering or science Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience
