Function

• Responsible for the overall project interface management system in PIMS
• Responsible for verifying delivery lines are performing interface management (internal and external)
• Establish and maintain the procedure for interface clarification system. Ensure this is well known and followed by the in the project
• Establish and maintain interface management plan
• Establish schedule for interface items, and ensure alignment with project schedule
• Establish and manage an interface organization
• Report critical interface issues to the Technical Integration Lead in a timely manner
• Establish interface management communication infrastructure and ensure well functioning interface communication across project teams
• Ensure project interfaces are being appropriately considered in risk and contract management strategies
  

Requirements

• Minimum B.Sc. in engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years experience within E&P, preferably linked to projects
• Experience with one or more project delivery lines will be valued (Facility, Drilling, Reservoir, HSSEQ, Operations) as will previous experience with one of the service providers to E&P
• Good technical & multidiscipline overview
• Good MS Office/writing skills
• Language; English and Norwegian
