The position

By joining our team in CFO you will have the opportunity to:
  • Develop the future of compensation & benefits in Equinor by taking a leading role within the total reward area

  • Lead execution and delivery of global total rewards projects and processes

  • Ensure efficient execution of corporate reward processes, including executive remuneration

  • Use insights into compensation & benefits market trends to help shape our total reward approach and to ensure it stays relevant

  • Partner with the business to ensure that our total reward helps attract, retain, and motivate our people

  • Contribute to shaping digitalization and HR analytics efforts within reward area


You

  • Experience from leading strategic work within compensation & benefits

  • Solid understanding of the compensation & benefits domain globally

  • Excellent communication and networking skills, including the ability to interact across all levels of the organization

  • A deep understanding of the role HR data plays as an enabler for efficient processes and decision making

  • Fluent in English, oral and written
