And we need people like you.This role will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and offering professional and knowledgeable group travel and meetings advice. You will meet and exceed Service Level Agreements using the in-house tools and bespoke systems and represent Egencia as an ambassador of service excellence.What you will do:
  • Handle Meetings and Group Accommodation projects from start to end including the financial side
  • Be responsible for your respective projects including; Customer contact, sourcing, preparation of offers including pricing, requesting and negotiating supplier contracts, upselling, invoicing.
  • Ensure the data is accurate in our booking systems, as well as the management and regular control of budget for the respective projects
  • Provide recommendations and offer direction to customers, based on your knowledge and experience.
  • Oversee the timing and budgeting of your projects, anticipate and solve problems and ensure the project delivery to satisfaction
Who you are:
  • 1 years practical experience within the Groups & Meeting industry, ideally in a corporate travel environment
  • A driven person with can do attitude, used to taking ownership and making decisions with a problem solving approach with technical solutions
  • Ability to competently lead and implement sophisticated and time-critical projects
  • Ability to build effective relationships through positive communication (including presentation and consultative skills) that motivates and influences others
  • Must be able to write and speak Norwegian and English fluently
  • Master the handling of common MS Office systems
  • An excellent teammate with above-average commitment and sense of responsibility
  • Very organized
