The positionBy joining our team in Technology, Digital & Innovation you will have the opportunity to-
  • Develop and implement new industrial automation technology
  • Be hands-on with testing at plant and in laboratories
  • Deliver solutions for production optimization, energy efficiency and low CO 2 emissions
  • Develop novel applications for advanced analytics and machine learning
  • Collaborate with the external supplier market, research institutions and universities seeking new solutions and standardisation
  • Share expert knowledge and develop your competence through exciting work tasks
  • Engage with highly qualified researchers and engineers in a multi-discipline environment.
  • We seek experienced engineers with extensive knowledge of one or more of the following topics-
    • Autonomous ground robots, flying drones, underwater vehicles, and surface vessels including software for mission planning, control, and analysis.
    • Industrial automation systems and architecture
    • Advanced process and production control
    • Advanced analytics, machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI)
    • Industrial communication, 5G, wireless, industrial IoT
    • Industry 4.0, solutions and technology, digital twin
    • Field instrumentation and advanced sensors for real-time data
By joining our team in the business unit Technology, Digital & Innovation you will work in the forefront of production facilities’ automation and digitalization solutions. We have numerous plants under development and in operation depending on new technology. You

  • Experience from industrial development projects and operations
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • MSc or PhD degree in relevant topics e.g. control/automation/cybernetics/process control/robotics/mechanical control/applied math/electrical engineering
  • 10 years of experience within relevant topics listed above
