YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a National Key Account Manager in Ålesund area. This role is a lead sales position with a portfolio of existing customers and development accounts. The position allows you to utilise your sales- and relationship skills to maintain and develop new accounts for air-, sea- and road logistics offering plenty of exposure and individual development. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively maintain and develop own client portfolio and grow Kuehne+Nagel’s global logistics service in the local marketplace
  • Maintain and develop close business relationships with clients and important stakeholders across industries
  • Develop existing and future customer base, delivering business growth with both current and new clients
  • Coordination of client life cycles such as business development, implementation, business reviews and results
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality services to clients in cooperation with internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with the wider sales and business unit organisations on sales plans to develop and increase the Kuehne+Nagel market share

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

  • Proven customer relationship management experience within a sales role
  • Bachelor’s degree within logistics, Economy or other relevant education
  • Understanding of the logistics business environment
  • Self-propelled development skills
  • Highly customer-focused with an ability to build partnering relationships at senior levels
  • Ability to prioritise and organise work whilst handling multiple projects at the same time
  • Innovative with the ability to adapt to new technologies and develop new skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken Norwegian and English
