  • Develop and maintain World Tracer Routines for the company
  • Train colleagues and other stakeholders in WT as required
  • Secure proper and efficient cost process for damaged/delayed/lost bags
  • Coordinate KPIs related to bag service
  • Maintain contact with ground handlers and other stakeholders as required to secure seamless bag processing
  • Handle bag claims centrally
  • Perform CX duties and tasks
Skills And Qualifications
  • Experience in World Tracer – back-office functions and claims processing.
  • Experience in Irregularity operations in aviation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or economics considered an advantage.
