Aon is looking for a strategic Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team in Oslo!

What the day will look like
As the Growth Marketing Specialist Nordics you are responsible for the marketing strategy & go-to-market plan for the HR buyer in the Nordics. You cooperate with project teams being part of international Centers of Excellence and you’re the conduit and conversation leader for various country and region business owners.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Being key liaison between the HR buyer commercial partners and Marketing and Communications function, in developing the marketing strategy
- Designing, building, executing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns/programs that drive engagement and/or drive demand,
- Utilizing campaign tracking frameworks including correct tracking and analytics tags
- In liaison with the business, develop content and assets, and activates for relevant Buyer/Industry content
- Handling 3rd party relationships including sponsorship and partnership
- Partnering with Events & Communications CoE’s to deliver Events & External Communications as part of omni-channel marketing activity
- Owning relationships with business partners to deliver progress and coordinate and implement feedback
- Handling budget for marketing activity
- Working with Analytics specialists and agencies to collect, analyse and report data / analytics, delivering regular reporting on marketing performance and optimization
- Liaising as needed with Sales Enablement colleagues to support the business
- Supporting Growth Operations and the business to ensure that leads are being correctly assigned to the right areas and followed up by the business
- Acting as an Aon brand ambassador who is closely aligned with the “Aon Story”, encompassing brand strategy, messaging, and storytelling.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing and Communications
- A minimum of 3 years relevant (B2B) marketing-experience preferably within matrixed organizations within the services industry.
- Experience with building and creating awareness of A-brands.
- A solid strategic and tactic mindset.
- A proactive, connecting and target orientated attitude. You are a skilled stakeholder manager and feel comfortable to speak out in presentations and meetings.
- Experience in evaluating campaign analytics to create successful results and ROMI.
- Skilled in English, plus Norwegian or Swedish
