Nordea Graduate Programme is designed to kickstart your career. The programme is for 2 years and you’ll have rotations during that time with clear learning objectives to support your growth. You’ll be connected to several people, that will give you sparring, guidance and support throughout the whole programme. You’ll also be offered mentoring, to ensure your personal and professional growth.
You will enter a focused customer track where you get introduced to all Nordea’s customer segments and the range of products and services provided to our customers.

We serve, advise and partner with corporate customers, covering all their business needs through a full range of services, including payments, cash management, cards, working capital management and finance solutions.
Business Banking Tønsberg/Drammen is part of Region East, geographically surrounding the Oslo-area. As a Graduate you’ll be a part of one of our teams servicing large and mid-size corporate customers with the full scale of products offered by Nordea. The teams located in the abovementioned locations are responsible for the total income and profitability, customer satisfaction, credit risk, and serving the customers in collaboration with all the product responsible units in Nordea. Region East is a fast-growing region and we aim to expand our market share even further.
What you’ll be doing:
You will join Business Banking Viken Vest, based in Tønsberg and Drammen, where we serve corporate customers in Buskerud and Vestfold/Telemark with the full scale of products offered by Nordea. Reporting to Branch Manager in Viken Vest, but also supporting Head of Region East.
In your daily work you will function in a role as Relationship Manager with responsibilities as:
- Credit Analysis and screening of new customer cases
- Participating in customer dialogue and meetings
- Working in a highly motivated team of employees striving to increase Nordea’s customer satisfaction and income
- Collaborating with all supporting units (credit, corporate support etc) and all Product Responsible Units, as well as other branches in Region East
- Work with stakeholders across Nordea to secure profitability and sustained growth, by optimising business results and customer satisfaction
- Support business decisions, product and service development, and marketing by delivering customer insight analytics
- Support Product Managers with product management activities such as creating marketing material, internal communication, profit and loss monitoring, and writing product roadmaps and strategy

- Have analytical skills and ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
- A completed Master’s degree (latest by the 1st September 2023)
- A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience
- Excellent English language skills both written and spoken
- Excellent skills in one of the Scandinavian languages
