Job Description

The positionBy joining Project Control & Analysis in Project Development you will be part of some of the most exciting projects in Equinor’s energy transition, delivering project control services across our global project portfolio.

Main responsibilities and tasks in Project Control & Analysis-

• Provide the project team and management with critical, decision-making basis that ensures deliveries on schedule and cost targets for projects.
• Collaborate and build strong relationship with all disciplines in the project.
• Actively perform analysis of schedule and cost performance, and communicate risk, trends, forecasts and mitigating actions.
• Secure experience sharing and digitalisation to support continuous improvements and further development of best practices, relevant tools and the management system.

• Master’s degree or PhD with strong academic record within technology or business administration .
• No more than two years of relevant fulltime work experience.
• Fluent in English and preferably a second working language.
• Extracurricular activities and/or voluntary work is an advantage.
