Do you want to work with employer branding and recruitment marketing in one of the largest energy companies in Europe?

We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Marketing Specialist to join our Employer Branding unit. This role will be essential to strengthen the perception of Equinor as an attractive employer and drive qualified applicants to our job opportunities worldwide.

By joining our team you will have the opportunity to-

  • Act as an advisor on employer branding and recruitment marketing globally .
  • Plan and implement recruitment marketing and employer branding activities to attract high-quality applicants.
  • Plan, manage and report results of recruitment campaigns.
  • Drive the development of recruitment marketing activities and communications assets across various communication channels and evaluate their impact and ROI.
  • Collaborate and align with human resources and brand communications, as well as with business units.
  • Consistently search for new opportunities to elevate the employer brand towards strategic target groups within the young talent and professionals’ segment by reviewing competitors, understanding industry best practices and nurturing partnerships.

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably with specialization in marketing, communication, human resources, or similar. Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications.
  • Experience within employer branding or recruitment marketing. Experience from talent acquisition is also relevant.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a global context, understanding local needs and requirements.
  • Experience of working with external agencies and in a complex matrix organization is preferred.
  • Experience with copywriting and/or design of external communications would be an advantage.
