What’s the job?

We are currently looking for a Commercial Deployment Executive to join our PMI Norway team. The role will be responsible for analyzing and monitoring the market and data to develop and deploy commercial initiatives. This position requires a driven, entrepreneurial individual who has a strong understanding of consumers and sales, who can identify and plan commercial activities and opportunities in collaboration with our Key Account and Marketing teams.

Your day-to-day

• Provide insight and analysis of the market and consumers to provide management with clear commercial activity plans
• Work cross functionally on initiatives with Key Account and Marketing teams to develop brand and sales initiatives
• Collect, analyze and report all relevant sales data and market research to identify issues and opportunities
• Maintain and update databases and actively contribute to the development of system applications
• Prepare presentations and weekly/monthly reports relating to sales figures and activities

Who you are
If you have an analytical mind and also enjoy designing and deploying sales activities, this could be the right opportunity for you! You ideally will have:

• Experience creating customer centric sales activities, ideally within the hospitality/HoReCa/events sectors
• Strong understanding of the consumer journey within FMCG products
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally
• Experience working with data and using it to influence and formulate sales activities
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and sense of ownership
• Fluency in Norwegian and English is required for this role
